摘要
企业成长的动力和动力机制是企业成长研究中的重要问题之一。然而,学界对企业成长的动因和动力不分,致使有关企业成长的动力机制还未被系统地揭示出来。本文在界定企业成长的动因与动力这两个概念的基础上,从企业成长过程中的利益相关者角度揭示企业成长的原动力和直接动力,进而构建出一个新的企业成长动力机制系统模型。
Dynamics and the dynamic mechanism of enterprise growth is one of the important problems in the study of enterprise growth. However, because of no distinction of enterprise growth motivations and dynamics in the academic circles, the dynamic mechanism about the enterprise growth has not been systematically revealed. Based on the distinction of these two concepts of enterprise growth motivations and dynamics, the paper revealed the original dynamics and direct dynamics of enterprise growth form the perspective of the stakeholders during the growth, to further construct a new model of dynamic mechanism system of enterprise growth.
