河南省承接产业转移与创新产出的空间不一致性研究

Study on the Spatial Inconsistency between Henan's Industrial Transfer Undertaken and Innovation Output

运用地理集中度、不一致指数、不均衡指数及回归模型对2010—2016年河南省产业转移与创新产出的空间关系演变进行研究,结果表明:①2010—2016年河南省产业转移和创新水平显著提高,产业转移和创新集聚格局都呈现以郑州为核心的等级递减圈层结构,且随着时间的推移,二者的"核心—边缘"格局越来越明显;②河南省产业转移与创新产出分布格局极不协调,且以产业转移集聚主导为主。创新产出集聚超前于产业转移集聚的区域主要集中在豫中地区,并且有向豫北豫南地区扩展的趋势;③河南省产业转移与创新产出不均衡指数呈现波动上升趋势,原因在于河南省创新水平提高显著,而承接产业转移水平趋缓;④信息化水平、开放度、产业结构、工资水平、交通区位和经济发展水平与不一致指数呈正相关;基础设施水平、创新联系、创新集聚效应、科技人才与不一致指数呈负相关。

The paper used geographical concentration, inconsistency index, inequality index and regression model to study the spatial relationship evolution of industrial transfer and innovation output in Henan Province from 2010 to 2016. The results showed that:① From 2010 to 2016, the levels of industrial transfer and innovation in Henan Province were significantly improved, and the agglomeration structure of industrial transfer and innovation was characterized by a hierarchical descending circle structure with the core of Zhengzhou. And as time went on, the "core-edge" pattern became more and more obvious.② The distribution pattern of industrial transfer and innovation output in Henan was extremely inconsistent and dominated by the leading of industrial transfer agglomeration. The areas where innovation output agglomeration was ahead of industrial transfer agglomeration were mainly concentrated in the middle part of Henan Province, and there was a tendency to expand to the north and south of Henan Province.③ The inequality index of industry transfer and innovation output in Henan province was fluctuating upward, because the innovation level in Henan Province was highly increased, while the level of industrial transfer undertaken in Henan Province was slowed down.④ There was a positive correlation between informatization level, openness, industrial structure, wage level, traffic location and economic development level with the inconsistency index, and a negative correlation between infrastructure level, innovation connection, innovation agglomeration effect, scientific and technological talents with the inconsistency index.
