创新环境对河南省创新产出的影响研究——基于GWR模型的实证分析

Research on the Impact of Innovation Environment on Innovation Output in Henan Province——Empirical Analysis based on GWR Model

基于河南省18个省辖市2014年、2017年的截面数据,本文利用GWR模型分析了财政科技投入、经济发展水平、研发人才、信息化水平对河南省创新产出的影响及其时空差异。结果表明:样本地区创新产出存在显著的空间正向自相关关系,地理空间上的聚集效应及创新产出规模上移明显。财政科技投入、经济发展水平、研发人才均对河南省创新产出产生显著的正向影响,信息化水平产生负向影响,四者影响的空间差异较为明显;时间上,财政科技投入、经济发展水平、信息化水平的影响在提高,研发人才要素的影响有所减弱。为此,需要继续加大财政科技投入、人才"引智"以及信息化建设力度,不断提高河南省创新产出水平,驱动全省经济高质量发展。

Based on the cross-sectional data of 18 cities of Henan Province in 2014 and 2017, this paper used GWR model to analyze the impacts of financial science and technology investment, economic development level, research and development talents, and informationization level on Henan's innovation output and its spatial and temporal differences. The results showed that there was a significant positive spatial autocorrelation of innovation outputs among the sample areas, and the agglomeration effect in geographic space and the scale of innovation output were significantly increased. Science and technology finance, economic development level and R & D talents all had significant positive effects on innovation output in Henan Province, while informationization level had negative effects. The spatial differences of the above four effects were obvious. In time, the influences of financial science and technology in? vestment, economic development level and informationization level were improving, while the influence of R & D talent elements was weakening. Therefore, it is needed to continually strengthen the financial science and technology investment, the talents "intelligence introduction" and the construction of information technology, constantly improve the level of innovation output in Henan, and drive the high-quality economic development of the whole province.
