Research on Share Transfer Strategies of Technology-based SMEs in Henan Province

本文研究河南省科技型中小企业股份转让策略。首先,分析了科技型中小企业股份转让的发展现状与趋势以及河南省科技型中小企业通过股份转让的方式实现产业整合的可行性;其次,通过有关数据资料揭示了目前河南省科技型中小企业股份转让亟须解决的关键问题;最后,从企业自身、金融、政府3个角度提出了具有较强可操作性的对策与建议。本研究可为河南省科技型中小企业的股份转让、产业整合提供直接参考。

This paper studied the share transfer strategies of technology-based SMEs in Henan Province. Firstly, it analyzed the development status and trend of share transfer of technology-based SMEs, and the feasibility of realizing industrial integration of technology-based SMEs through share transfer in Henan Province. Secondly, it revealed the key problems that need to be solved in the share transfer of technology-based SMEs in Henan Province through relevant data. Finally, from the three aspects of enterprise itself, finance, and government, it proposed countermeasure and the suggestion with strong operability. This study can provide a direct reference for the share transfer and industrial integration of technology-based SMEs in Henan Province.
