摘要
近年来,我国微电网发展迅猛,但大容量微电网的应用并不成熟。本文根据海岛智能微电网系统结构的实际情况,介绍了含储能及多类型电源的万千瓦级孤立海岛微电网的应用情况,提出了多类型电源海岛孤立微电网的系统级协同控制方法,突破了孤网状态下柴/储协同频率控制的难点,实现了高比例可再生能源渗透下孤立微电网的稳定运行。综合供电可靠性达到99.91%,可再生能源电量利用率超过30%,实时功率渗透率最高达60%。对保证鼓励海岛安全可靠供电,推动新能源、储能、微电网技术的规模化应用具有重要意义。
In recent years, China’s microgrid has developed rapidly, but the application of large-capacity microgrid is not mature. According to the actual situation of the island intelligent microgrid system structure, this paper introduces the application of 10, 000- kilowatt isolated island microgrid with energy storage and multi-type power supply, and proposes a system-level collaborative control method for multi-type power island isolated microgrid. The difficulty of diesel/storage coordinated frequency control in the isolated state is realized, and the stable operation of the isolated microgrid under the penetration of high proportion of renewable energy is realized. The comprehensive power supply reliability reaches 99.91%, the renewable energy power utilization rate exceeds 30%, and the real-time power penetration rate is up to 60%. It is of great significance to ensure the safe and reliable power supply of the island and promote the large-scale application of new energy, energy storage and microgrid technology.
