摘要 新世纪以来,电子集成式电路技术不断向前推进,使用范围极为广泛。由此产生的电容式传感器用途极广,被大量地使用在集成传感器电路的设计中。近些年来,无线的传感器和射频等技术应运而生,因此相关设计人员对低耗能传感器及其接口电路的设计有了一定的研究。后期测试表明,设计出的全数字电容式传感器相比传统的传感器接口电路在低耗能方面有很大提高,具有很大的发展潜力。 Since the new century,electronic integrated circuit technology has been continuously advanced and its use range is extremely wide.The resulting capacitive sensors are extremely versatile and are used extensively in the design of integrated sensor circuits.In recent years,wireless sensors and radio frequency technologies have emerged,so relevant designers have made some research on the design of low-energy sensors and their interface circuits.Later tests show that the designed all-digital capacitive sensor has greatly improved compared with the traditional sensor interface circuit,and has great development potential.
