电力物资集约化物流管理现状及完善措施

Current Status and Improvement Measures of Intensive Logistics Management of Power Materials

随着近年来我国经济的逐渐转型升级,对电网企业的许多工作都提出了新的要求。在电力物资物流管理方面,如今正日渐趋于集约化管理,因为集约化管理模式可以同时提升效率及降低成本。但是目前在我国的电力物资集约化物流管理中尚存在一些问题,本文主要针对相关问题进行分析,并提出了几条完善措施。

The power grid industry is an important undertaking of the country.With the gradual transformation of China’s economy in recent years,many tasks for power grid enterprises have brought new requirements.In the management of power materials logistics, it is becoming increasingly intensive management,because the intensive management model can simultaneously improve efficiency and reduce costs.However,there are still some problems in the intensive logistics management of power materials in China.This paper mainly analyzes related issues and puts forward several improvement measures.
