摘要
通过对断裂的保温钉进行宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析,认为保温钉断裂的主要原因是保温钉在变形和焊接过程中产生的拉应力,以及燃料油在燃烧过程中生成的使不锈钢有应力腐蚀开裂的腐蚀介质HCl,使不锈钢保温钉发生应力腐蚀开裂。
After looking into the fracture heat preservation nail through macro inspection, chemical composition, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, fracture is tensile stress produced by distortion and welding process, and the hydrochloric acid produced during the combustion process, they cause stress corrosion cracking of the heat preservation nail.
