天然气场站管道冻胀原因分析及防护措施研究

摘要 本文简述了天然气站设备设施冻堵现状和危害,以某城市燃气场站为例,深入分析了该站设施冻胀、地面沉降原因,并探讨了该站关键设备发生冻堵的原因。最后研究了对应的冻胀防护措施,经实际验证,结果表明本论文研究得出的防护措施效果良好,能够将管壁道保护起来,有效地解决了冻胀位移管道安全问题。 This paper briefly describes the present situation of natural gas station facilities frozen wall and the harm, a terminal in city gas station as an example, analyzes the reason of the frost heave station facilities, land subsidence, and probes into the reasons of the site key equipment in frozen wall. Finally studied the frost heave corresponding protective measures, through the actual verification, the results show that the protective effect of good, to be able to wall protection, effectively solve the frost heave displacement pipeline safety problems.
