石化企业钢结构的大气防腐措施分析 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,钢结构在诸多领域比如桥梁、输油管、电站、大型石化装置等中得到了广泛的应用,但是需要注意的是,钢结构也有其自身的劣势,在裸露的状态下,容易发生腐蚀状况,特别是在潮湿的环境中,因此大气中存在SO_2、CO_2以及盐分等强腐蚀性介质,会加速钢结构的腐蚀速度。若是不能采取合理而有效的防腐措施,投资巨大的钢结构就会产生腐蚀作用,并大大缩减钢结构的使用年限,进而造成严重的资金浪费。本文首先对引起石化企业钢结构大气腐蚀的原因进行分析,然后提出了相应的防腐措施,以期为今后的工作提供一定的技术支持。 In recent years, steel structures have been widely used in many fields such as bridges, oil pipelines, power stations, large petrochemical plants and so on. However, it should be noted that the steel structure has its own disadvantages. In the exposed state, the corrosion condition is easy to occur, especially in the moist environment, so the atmosphere is stored in the atmosphere. Strong corrosive media such as SO 2 , CO 2 and salt will accelerate the corrosion rate of steel structure. If a reasonable and effective anticorrosion measure can not be taken, the huge steel structure will have a corrosive effect, and greatly reduce the service life of the steel structure, and then cause serious waste of funds. This paper first analyzes the causes of atmospheric corrosion in the steel structure of petrochemical enterprises, and then puts forward the corresponding anticorrosion measures, in order to provide some technical support for future work.
