摘要
为切实增强矿业工程公司基层安全自主管理能力,2017年兖煤矿业工程公司开展了"六自一保"安全自主管理。探索实施"六自一保"方式,围绕安全自主管理目标和安全管理中的问题,探索创新班组、单位安全管理方式、方法、制度,形成安全创新管理长效机制。坚持每月进行动态检查、每季度进行集中考核,考核结果行文通报,每季度评选出安全自主管理最差单位进行通报处罚,季度最差单位负责人向矿业公司作出书面检查,制定整改方案、措施,次季度末经自检和分管领导验收后提出解除申请,经矿业公司安全办公会研究后方可解除。
In order to effectively enhance the self-management ability of mining engineering company's grassroots safety,in 2017,the coal mining engineering company carried out the“six self-insurance”safety independent management.Exploring and implementing the“six-one-one guarantee”approach,focusing on the issues of safety self-management management and safety management,exploring innovative teams,unit safety management methods,methods and systems,and forming a long-term mechanism for safety innovation management.Adhere to monthly dynamic inspections,quarterly assessments,assessment results,and quarterly assessments of the worst units of safety and self-management for notification,and the worst unit in the quarter to make written inspections to mining companies to develop rectification plans and measures.At the end of the second quarter,after the self-inspection and the management of the leaders in charge,the application for cancellation shall be lifted,and the research may be terminated after the research of the safety company of the mining company.
