水冷系统在大功率矿用隔爆兼本安型高压变频器中的应用

摘要 温度是严重影响一切电器元件使用寿命的主要因素,半导体器件对温度更是敏感,其所有参数定额都是以某一规定温度为前提条件的。同样散热问题也是困扰大功率矿用隔爆兼本质安全型高压变频器安全运行的主要因素。煤矿井下使用矿用隔爆兼本安型高压变频器因无法在井下空调冷却房间中使用,而主要靠风冷冷却方式已无法满足大功率变频器的散热要求,而应用水冷系统散热是解决其散热最好的方式。 Temperature is the main factor that seriously affects the service life of all electrical components.Semiconductor devices are more sensitive to temperature,and all parameters are preconditioned by a certain specified temperature.The heat dissipation problem is also an important part of the safety operation of high-power mine flameproof and intrinsically safe high-voltage converter.The explosion-proof and intrinsically safe high-voltage converter used in underground coal mine cannot be used in the air conditioning cooling room,and the heat dissipation requirements of the high-power converter cannot be met mainly by means of air cooling,and the heat dissipation by water cooling system is the best way to solve the heat dissipation.
