摘要
随着矿井不断的生产开采,采空区会持续冒落,动压作用于巷道造成巷道形变,继而挤压破坏巷道中的风门设施。通过将风门设计为整体框架式结构,整体风门可嵌套至墙体中做轻微位移变化,留有足够量的空间应对井下巷道形变突出所造成的不可抵抗的压力。该项技术在兖州煤业股份有限公司东滩煤矿井下多个地点得到了运用,取得了极好的防压效果。
With the continuous production and mining of mines,the goaf will continue to fall,and the dynamic pressure acts on the roadway to cause deformation of the roadway,which in turn destroys the damper facilities in the roadway.By designing the damper as an integral frame structure,the integral damper can be nested into the wall for slight displacement changes,leaving a sufficient amount of space to cope with the irresistible pressure caused by the deformation of the downhole roadway.This technology has been applied in various locations in the Dongtan coal mine of Yanzhou Coal Mining Co.,Ltd.,and has achieved excellent pressure-proof effect.
