摘要
本文在对超高水材料充填性能研究的基础上,进行了开放式充填方法研究。该技术将超高水材料两种组分分别注入采空区,二者接触反应之后,胶结、凝固成一整体结构充满采空区,有效支撑上覆岩层,减少地面沉降和直接顶冒落现象。现场应用结果显示,本技术能够有效充填采空区,充填开采后,采空区充填率均在85%以上,采场矿压显现程度明显降低。
Based on the study of the filling properties of ultra-high water materials,this paper studies the open filling methods.This technology injects the two components of the ultra-high water material into the goaf.After the contact reaction between the two components,cementation and solidification form an overall structure that fills the goaf area,effectively supporting the overlying rock formation,and reducing the land subsidence and direct top-down phenomenon.The field application results show that this technology can effectively fill goafs.After filling and mining,the goaf filling rate is above 85%,and the mine pressure of the stope is obviously reduced.
