摘要
本文针对亿隆煤矿工作面重型皮带运输机与破碎机运行方式存在煤流外溢,工作效率低等现状,对运行方式进行了改造,以PLC为核心控制器,可以实现对输送机和破碎机的工作状况的监测,改造以后的重型皮带输送机和破碎机在工作面进行试验运行调试,其效果明显,具有显著的改进优势,有效解决了配套设备连锁统一运行的问题,方便了操作,减少了事故,提高了煤矿原煤开采的运行效率。
This paper focuses on the current status of the coal belt spillover and low work efficiency in the operation mode of a belt conveyor and crusher in a coal mine working face.The operating mode has been reconstructed.With PLC as the core controller,the working status of the conveyor and crusher can be realized.The monitoring and transformation of the powerful belt conveyor and crusher after commissioning are performed at the working surface for test operation and debugging.The effect is obvious,and it has significant advantages in improvement.It effectively solves the problem of chain operation of auxiliary equipment and reduces the occurrence of accidents.Personnel operation improves the operating efficiency of coal mining.
