钢质管道熔结环氧粉末涂层拉拔法附着力评价研究 被引量:2

Evaluation of Adhesion of Steel Pipe Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder Coating by Pull-Off Test

摘要 采用拉拔法对不同浸泡温度、浸泡时间的熔结环氧粉末涂层进行附着力性能测试,并与撬剥评级法进行比对。结果表明:拉拔法评价涂层附着力具有直观、量化、可反映涂层附着力变化趋势的优点;FBE拉拔法附着力评价测试条件为:Tg≤115℃的FBE涂层:浸泡温度为80℃,浸泡时间28d,Tg>115℃的FBE涂层:浸泡温度为95℃,浸泡时间28d;附着力性能评价指标为≥20MPa。 The adhesion properties of fused epoxy powder coatings on steel pipes with different immersion temperatures and time were tested by pull-off test and compared with the method of pryingpeeling grading.The results show that the pull-off test has the advantages of intuitionistic,quantitative and reflecting the change trend of coating adhesion.The test conditions of pull-off test are as follows:as Tg≤115℃,immersion temperature:80℃,immersion time:28 days;as Tg>115℃,immersion temperature:95℃,immersion time:28 days.The performance evaluation index≥20MPa.
