管道施工细土回填技术的发展探讨

Discussion on the Development of Fine Soil Backfilling Technology for Pipeline Construction

细土回填是管道铺设施工中的一个重要环节,直接影响到管道的安全性、建设质量和使用寿命,在戈壁和山区无法获得足够回填细土的情况下就会影响到管道施工效率。本文主要是从管道回填细土的要求和来源出发,分析管道细土回填设备的发展过程及各种设备的优缺点,探讨塌陷管道外露的处理及防治方法。

Fine soil backfilling is an important part of pipeline laying construction,which directly affects the safety,construction quality and service life of pipelines.It will affect the pipeline construction efficiency when the Gobi and mountainous areas cannot obtain enough backfill fine soil.This paper mainly studies the requirements and sources of backfilling fine soil from pipelines,analyzes the development process of pipeline fine soil backfilling equipment and the advantages and disadvantages of various equipments,and discusses the treatment and prevention methods of collapsed pipelines.
