摘要
根据可拆卸设计原理,提出超硬磨料电镀砂轮的可拆卸设计准则,并对组合式超硬磨料电镀砂轮的基体结构进行了设计。以电镀金刚石砂轮为例,进行组合式可回收超硬磨料电镀砂轮的制备。对砂轮磨料层的拆卸过程进行了介绍,并对磨料层进行了应力分析,同时给出了砂轮的回收流程。
According to the DFD principle, the DFD criteria of the abrasive wheel electroplated with super-hard abrasive material were proposed, and the basic structure of the combined type abrasive wheel electroplated with super-hard abrasive material was designed. Taking the electroplated diamond abrasive wheel as an example, the preparation of the combined-type recyclable abrasive wheel electroplated with super-hard abrasive material was introduced. The detaching process of the abrasive layer of the grinding wheel was introduced with a stress analysis of the abrasive layer while the recycling process of the abrasive wheel was given.
