摘要
在分析轨道车辆底架结构与技术要求的基础上,设计了相应的组焊装备,具体包括底架枕梁组焊装备、底架前端梁组焊装备、底架后端梁组焊装备、底架左右侧梁组焊装备。分析了轨道交通车辆底架各组焊装备的结构、主要定位面和定位方式,以及夹紧方式,同时介绍了轨道交通车辆底架组焊装备的应用。
On the basis of analyzing the structure and technical requirements of the undercarriage of the rail vehicle, the corresponding group welding equipment was designed, including the group welding equipment for bolster beam of undercarriage, welding equipment for front end beam of the undercarriage, welding equipment for rear end beam of the undercarriage and welding equipment for beams at left and right sides of the undercarriage. The structure, main locating surface and locating mode of the group welding equipment for the rail vehicle undercarriage, as well as the clamping method were analyzed. The application of the group welding equipment was also introduced.
