摘要 双腔内插管扩张式抗性消声器具有制作简单、成本低、不易阻塞的特点,主要适用于烟道烟气排放场合。应用ANSYS软件的Fluid29和Fluid129声学单元对这一消声器进行模拟计算,得到80dB噪声源下不同频率响应点的传递损失曲线,并通过CFX软件计算消声器的压力损失。结果表明,在频率为640Hz时,双腔内插管扩张式抗性消声器的降噪效果最好,传递损失达15.4dB,满足锅炉烟气排放时的消声要求。 The expandingtype reactive muffler with double-lumen internal cannula features simple manufacturing, low cost and due to that it is not easy to block, it is mainly suitable for flue gas emission. Fluid29 and the Fluid129 acoustic units of ANSYS software were used to simulate the muffler, the transmission loss curves of response points at different frequencies under 80 dB noise source were obtained, and the pressure loss of the muffler was calculated by CFX software. The results show that at the frequency of 640 Hz, the expanding type reactive muffler with double-lumen internal cannula has the best performance for noise reduction, and the transmission loss is 15.4 dB, which meets the noise elimination requirements for boiler flue gas emissions.
