马克思恩格斯的正义思想具有深刻的历史内涵。从马克思恩格斯对正义问题的论述中可以发现,马克思恩格斯的正义思想有三个重要的维度:一是具体的历史的相统一的正义,马克思恩格斯反对抽象地谈论正义,反对把正义问题永恒化,主张具体地历史地研究正义问题;二是价值判断与事实判断相统一的正义,马克思恩格斯认为正义作为一种道德的价值判断源于对经济事实的判断,正义的价值判断能够激发人民群众变革不公平的经济现实;三是生产与分配相统一的正义,马克思恩格斯认为把重点放在研究分配上是错误的,因为生产决定分配,生产的正义决定分配的正义,同时,生产的正义与分配的正义统一于社会生产方式的正义。

The justice thought of Marx and Engels has profound historical connotations.From Marx and Engels's expositions on the issue of justice,we can find that Marx and Engels'thought of justice has three important dimensions.The first is the unity of justice in specific and in history.Marx and Engels opposed abstract discussion of justice,opposed the eternalization of the justice and advocated studying the issue of justice concretely and historically.The second is the unity of value judgment and factual judgment.Marx and Engels believed that justice as a moral value judgment stemmed from the judgment of economic facts and justice's value judgement could inspire people to change unfair economic realities.The third is the unity of production and distribution.Marx and Engels thought that it was wrong to focus on the study of distribution,because production decided distribution and the justice of production determined the justice of distribution,while the justice of production and the justice of distribution were unified in the justice of social production mode.
