摘要
该实验对柠檬皮进行微波、烘干、研磨成粉,以石油醚为脱脂剂、以丙酮为提取剂,用超声波方法提取柠檬皮中的类柠檬苦素。通过单因素试验和正交试验确定类柠檬苦素最佳提取工艺并测定DPPH自由基清除率。结果表明:柠檬皮经中火微波4min后置于45℃烘箱烘干,粉碎成18目粉末,用石油醚脱脂后,用丙酮为提取剂,提取温度30℃,提取60min,超声波提取功率为85%,料液比1∶70得到类柠檬苦素提取率为85.47%,比其他方法提取类柠檬苦素得率高47.32%,DPPH自由基清除率为88.48%。
In this experiment,the lemon peel was microwaved,dried and ground into powder,with petroleum ether as degreasing agent and acetone as extraction agent.The optimal extraction process of limonoids was determined by single factor test and orthogonal test,and the DPPH free radical scavenging rate was determined.The results showed that the lemon peel by the fire in the microwave oven to dry,after 4 min in 45 DHS C crushed into powder,18 with petroleum ether after degreasing,using acetone as extraction agent,extraction temperature 30 ℃,60 min,ultrasonic extraction was 85%,power feed liquid get class than 1:7 0 Limonin extraction yield was 85.47%,better than other methods to extract the kind of limonin rate is 47.32% higher,DPPH free radical clearance rate was 88.48%.
