茶叶类非物质文化遗产包含了茶叶的加工制作技艺和茶叶饮用方式民俗等,是非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分,也是中国优秀传统文化的重要因子。通过以潮汕工夫茶为案例的考察,分析茶叶类非物质文化遗产在历史进程中所扮演的角色,解析"非遗"在数字化时代生活方式冲击下的应对策略,并提出对未来发展的几点展望。

Intangible cultural heritage of tea includes the processing technique of tea-leaves and the folk custom of tea drinking,which is a significant component of intangible cultural heritage and of the excellent traditional culture of China.By focusing on the ChaoshanGongfu Tea,the paper analyzes the role tea plays in history and offers a proposal of how non-material cultural heritage of tea reacts in the digital age and provides an outlook for the future.
