摘要
模块组合电机存在齿槽力矩和边端力波动影响电机性能的问题,本文针对模块组合永磁同步电机的力矩进行分析:对齿槽转矩的产生进行理论分析并采用不同程度不均匀气隙对齿槽转矩的优化;另对边端力利用Schwarz-Christoffel变换对电机边端气隙磁场进行求解,最后提出边端力的削弱方法。
The module combined motor has the problem of cogging torque and edge force fluctuation,which can impact the performance of motor. This paper analyzes the torque of module combination permanent-magnet synchronous motor. The theoretical analysis is carried out on the generation of cogging torque and the optimization of cogging torque is carried out by adopting various degrees of uneven air gap. The edge force of air-gap magnetic field at edge of motor is solved by Schwarz-Christoffel transformation,and the method to weaken the edge force is proposed finally.
