摘要
不同的杨树品种在抗寒遗传特性上有一定的差异。为了筛选出抗寒能力相对更强的杨树品种,在锦州开展中央9杨、辽宁杨、沙拉杨、107杨等4个杨树无性系品种抗寒性比较试验,结果表明:不同的杨树品种的抗寒遗传特性具有不同程度的差异,萌芽率以辽宁杨最高,达到89.3%,与中央9杨、107杨均达到了极显著差异水平;平均生根数量以中央9杨最多,为4.1条,与其他3个杨树品种均达到了极显著差异;成活率最高的杨树品种为辽宁杨(81.67%),与中央9杨达到了显著性差异,与沙拉杨、107杨之间也达到了极显著差异。
Different poplar varieties have certain differences in cold resistance genetic characteristics.In order to screen out the poplar varieties with relatively stronger cold resistance to expand the planting area of poplar varieties in the severe cold regions of northern China,four poplar clonal varieties were developed in Jinzhou City.The cold comparison test showed that the cold resistance genetic characteristics of different poplar varieties have different degrees of difference,and the germination rate is the highest in Populus × liaoningensis ,being 89.3%.The highest survival rate of poplar is Populus × liaoningensis ,being 81.67%.
