桂皮酸丹皮酚酯的合成及表征

Synthesis and characterization of cinnamic acid paeonol ester

目的:以桂皮酸、丹皮酚为原料利用前药原理和拼合原理设计桂皮酸丹皮酚酯,期望寻找活性更高的药物。方法:对桂皮酸进行酰氯化,将丹皮酚与桂皮酰氯成酯得到目标化合物。结果:目标化合物经IR、1H-NMR和MS表征确证为桂皮酸丹皮酚酯。结论:桂皮酸丹皮酚酯的合成方法简便可行,可为生物活性测试提供原料。

Objective:In order to find more active drugs,cinnamic acid paeonol esters is designed from cinnamic acid and paeonol by using prodrug principle and combination principle.Methods:Cinnamic acid was used to prepare acyl chlorination and then paeonol is used to form the target compound.Results:The target compound was identified as paeonol cinnamate by IR,1H-NMR and MS.Conclusions:The synthetic method of paeonol cinnamate is simple and feasible,which can be used as raw material for further bioassay.
