氧气驱动雾化吸入性糖皮质激素治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效及对患儿肺功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:在对婴幼儿毛细支气管炎进行治疗过程中,分析运用氧气驱动雾化吸入性糖皮质激素治疗对患儿肺功能的影响效果。方法:选择2017年7月至12月收治的120例毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分为雾化组(60例)和常规组(60例),雾化组应用氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德进行治疗,常规组应用常规治疗。结果:雾化组患儿治疗总有效率为95.0%,常规组患儿治疗总有效率为80.0%,雾化组总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);雾化组与常规组患儿肺功能均有改善,但雾化组患儿治疗后PEF水平、FEV1水平优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氧气驱动雾化吸入糖皮激素治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。 Objective:In the treatment of infant capillary bronchitis,the effect of oxygen driven inhalation of inhaled glucocorticoid on lung function was analyzed.Methods:Option in July 2017~December 2017 120 cases of capillary bronchitis patients,randomly divided into atomization group(60 cases)and normal group(60 cases)and the oxygen atomization group applications drive atomization inhalation budesonide treatment,regular group used conventional treatment.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 95.0%in the children with atomization group,and the total effective rate was 80.0%in the normal group.The total effective rate of the atomization group was higher than that in the conventional group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lung function of the children in the atomization group and the normal group was improved,but the PEF level and FEV1 level were better than those of the conventional group after treatment in the atomization group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of oxygen driven atomized inhalation of glucocorticoid in the treatment of infants with bronchiolitis is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
