摘要
多种神经退行性疾病的发生发展与星形胶质细胞的功能异常密切相关,其中以细胞缝隙连接异常尤为关键。缝隙连接是一种在细胞之间传输信号的生物功能通信通道,主要介导相邻细胞之间的信息传递,而构成缝隙连接的主要成分为连接蛋白(Connexin, Cx),尤其是Cx的亚型Cx43,其分布或含量与脑缺血、阿尔茨海默病、烟雾病和帕金森病等神经退行性疾病密切相关。现本文就Cx43与神经退行性疾病的关系进行综述。
The development of various neurodegenerative diseases are closely related to the abnormal function of astrocytes,especially the abnormal gap junction of cells.Gap junction is a biological function communication channel that transmits signals between cells,and mainly mediates the information transmission between adjacent cells and cells.The distribution or content of Connexin 43,one type of the main component of gap junction,is closely related to neurodegenerative diseases such as cerebral ischemia,Alzheimer's disease,moyamoya disease and Parkinson's disease.Specifcally,the relationship between Cx43 and neurodegenerative disease is discussed.
