The clinical application of ureteral stents

输尿管支架在泌尿外科的临床应用已有数十年,在此过程中,输尿管支架的制作材料和外形设计均有不少的改良和优化。随着泌尿外科术式的微创化、手术条件的提升以及患者对生活质量要求的提高,输尿管支架在临床中的应用也发生了相应的变化。本文就输尿管支架管的适应症、使用方法、放置时间以及相关并发症防治等作一综述。

Ureteral stents have been used clinically in urology for decades.After decades of ureteral stents,no matter whether they are made of materials or the shape of their designs,they have been improved and optimized.With the minimally invasive urology,the improvement of surgical conditions and the improvement of the quality of life of patients,the application of ureteral stents in clinical practice has also been correspondingly changed.This article reviews the indications for the use of ureteral stents,how to use them(placement and removal),placement time,and prevention and treatment of related complications.
