人类代谢综合征是目前临床常见病,目前人类代谢综合征的发病机制虽然尚未明确,但其均与遗传、免疫、环境等各种因素有关。甘丙肽能够拮抗炎症的发生发展。甘丙肽与胰岛素抵抗、慢性炎症过程之间存在内在联系。同时甘丙肽还可以通过抗炎和调节血糖平衡,影响胰岛素抵抗发生发展。

At present,human metabolic syndrome is a common disease.The pathogenesis of human metabolic syndrome is not clear yet,but it is related to heredity,immunity,environment and so on.There is intrinsic relationship between galanin and insulin resistance and chronic inflammatory process.At the same time it can also regulate glucose homeostasis by galanin and anti-inflammatory effects of the development of insulin resistance.
