一种电动汽车用42V混合电源的研究

摘要 为了满足电动汽车的发展需求,文章提出了一种由超级电容和可串并联切换的蓄电池组组成的42V混合电源,蓄电池能量密度大,作为主能源提供车辆运行期间的能量需求,超级电容功率密度大,作为辅助能源提供瞬时大功率需求,充分发挥两者优势,能有效地延长蓄电池的使用寿命。所提出的42V混合电源既可以作为储能元件驱动车辆行驶,又可以为电气设备提供电能,而且可以根据负载额定电压切换蓄电池连接方式,实现变压供能,提高混合电源的能量利用率。 In order to meet the development needs of electric vehicles, a 42V hybrid power source consisting of Ultracapacitor (UC) and series-parallel switchover battery banks is proposed in this paper. Battery which has high energy density as the main power source provides energy of the vehicle in driving operation. With high power density, UC as the auxiliary source provides instantaneous high power. The advantages of both are fully utilized, and battery life is effectively increased. The proposed 42V hybrid power source can be used as an energy storage component to drive vehicle, and can also provide energy for the electrical equipment, which can switch connection of two batteries according to the load voltage to realize the variable voltage energy supply and improve the energy utilization rate of the hybrid power source.
