摘要 电动汽车续航里程低是限制其快速发展的关键因素,整车能量流分析成为纯电动汽车提高续航里程指标的重要手段,文章在整车转鼓上对纯电动汽车进行了能量流测试,通过对整车能量流的测试对纯电动车型降低电耗提升续航提供了较台架试验更加准确的方向。文章以重型车在CWTVC工况下的能耗测试为例,研究出该车型的降低电耗提升续航的方向。 Low range is the key factor to restrict the rapid development of EV. Energy flow analysis of EV has become an important means to improve the endurance mileage of EV. In this paper, the energy flow test of EV is carried out on the drum of EV. The energy flow test of EV provides a more accurate direction than bench test for reducing power consumption and improving endurance of EV. Taking the energy consumption test of heavy-duty vehicle under CWTVC condition as an example, this paper studies the direction of reducing power consumption and improving the endurance of the vehicle.
