摘要
为提高铝合金在挂车中的应用,同时实现后下防护的轻量化设计,文章对某挂车后下防护依据GB11567-2017对其进行安全性能分析。通过分析钢材后下防护数据结果,在此基础上开展铝合金后下防护的轻量化设计分析。分析结果表明:通过合理的结构优化,铝合金后下防护安全性能满足标准要求。
In order to improve the application of aluminum alloy in trailers and realize the lightweight design of rear underrun protection, this paper analyzes the safety performance of rear underrun protection for trails according to GB11567-2017. In this paper, by analyzing the results of the steel rear underrun protection, and then it designs and analysis aluminum alloy rear underrun protection. The analysis results show that the safety performance of aluminum alloy rear underrun protection conforms to the standard requirements by reasonable structure design.
