摘要
随着汽车制造和设计技术的不断发展以及驾驶员对乘坐舒适性要求的提高,作为影响汽车NVH的重要一环,动力总成悬置系统的减振性能受到越来越多汽车厂家以及客户的关注。文章将选取一款汽车动力总成悬置系统,通过建立其六自由度ADAMS模型对其振型及解耦进行分析,并结合有限元分析提升悬置支架刚度,顺利达成此车动力总成悬置系统在0-1000Hz的隔振性能目标。
With the continuous development of automobile manufacturing and design technology and the improvement of driver's riding comfort requirements, as an important part of NVH, the vibration reduction performance of powertrain mounting system has attracted more and more attention from automobile manufacturers and customers. In this paper, an automotive powertrain mounting system is selected, its vibration mode and decoupling are analyzed by establishing its six-degree-of-freedom ADAMS model, and the rigidity of the mounting bracket is improved by combining the finite element analysis. The vibration isolation performance of the powertrain mounting system at 0-1000Hz is successfully achieved.
