重卡发动机冷却系统性能提升设计

摘要 文章以某重卡为研究对象,重卡由于行驶路况复杂、环境恶劣、载货量较大,在夏季高温天气存在散热能力不足,发动机"开锅"现象,导致发动机无法正常工作。现使用KULI仿真软件进行分析,对冷却系统部件(散热器大小、风扇尺寸)进行整改,并进行整车热平衡试验满足发动机在扭矩点和功率点极限工况下许用环境温度,解决了发动机水温过高问题。 This paper takes a heavy truck as the research object. Due to the complicated road conditions, harsh environment and large cargo load, heavy trucks have insufficient heat dissipation capacity in high temperature weather in summer, and the engine “opens the pot” phenomenon, which causes the engine to work normally. Now using KULI simulation software for analysis, the cooling system components (heat sink size, fan size) are rectified, and the vehicle thermal balance test is performed to meet the allowable ambient temperature of the engine under the torque point and power point limit conditions, and the engine water temperature is solved. Too high a problem.
