摘要 3D打印技术由于其原理简单、容易实现、个性化制造等优点而受到越来越广泛的应用。在大学生方程式汽车大赛中,赛车方向盘设计要根据车手的具体参数进行个性设计,一旦发生更换车手、调整座舱尺寸或者内置电子设备变化等情况,传统的制造方法很难保证产品的随时优化及更新。因此,文章提出一种基于FDM的3D打印赛车方向盘的设计方案。该方案运用3D打印技术能够满足赛车方向盘的个性化设计要求,并且能够实现赛车方向盘的快速制造,从而保证产品的随时更新和优化。 3D printing technology is more and more widely used due to its advantages such as simple principle, easy implementation, and personalized manufacturing. In the Formula Student Car Competition, the design of the steering wheel of the race car should be designed according to the specific parameters of the driver. Once the driver is changed, the size of the cabin is changed or the built-in electronic equipment changes, the traditional manufacturing method is difficult to ensure that the product is optimized and updated at any time. Therefore, this paper proposes a design scheme for a 3D printed racing steering wheel based on FDM. The solution uses 3D printing technology to meet the individual design requirements of the steering wheel of the car, and enables the rapid manufacture of the steering wheel of the car, thus ensuring that the product is updated and optimized at any time.
