In the era of Anthropocene,noetic beings are challenged by negative protention,thus it is imperative to redefine the value of technics from the perspective of organology.Technics as a pharmakon enters the question of cosmos,into which it introduces the incompleteness of itself.For such limitation,a new organology of will is needed to re-establish a true process of transindividuation with digital,reticulated tertiary retentions,and to bring about a digital age of psychic and collective individuation,and in this way to construct a new neganthropic web to inaugurate the Neganthropocene from the Anthropocene.
