高中阶段职普学生数的比值四区间分析框架及其应用

摘要 普通教育与职业教育的发展规模比例,是评价一个国家、一个地区的教育综合发展质量的重要指标。对应国家宏观的职普教育协调发展引导性政策,应建设发展规模的预警及引导机制。职普学生数的比值四区间分析框架能有效动态地分析不同层面的职普发展规模数据,并根据比值所处区间,确定偏离程度,提出预警性的政策建议,从而促进职普教育协调发展。 The development scale ratio between general education and occupational education is an important indicator to evaluate the comprehensive development quality of education of a country and a region.Corresponding to the national macroscopic policy of occupational and general education coordinated development guidance,the warning and guidance mechanism of development scale should be built.The ratio’s four interval analysis framework of secondary vocational education scale and general high school education scale can effectively and dynamically analyze the scale data of general service development at different levels,determine the degree of deviation according to the range of the ratio,and put forward early warning policy recommendations,so as to promote the coordinated development of vocational education and general education.
