The development scale ratio between general education and occupational education is an important indicator to evaluate the comprehensive development quality of education of a country and a region.Corresponding to the national macroscopic policy of occupational and general education coordinated development guidance,the warning and guidance mechanism of development scale should be built.The ratio’s four interval analysis framework of secondary vocational education scale and general high school education scale can effectively and dynamically analyze the scale data of general service development at different levels,determine the degree of deviation according to the range of the ratio,and put forward early warning policy recommendations,so as to promote the coordinated development of vocational education and general education.
