Innovation of Management Path of College Students' Associations from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

高校思想政治教育工作关系到高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这些根本问题,是学生发展的核心内容。大学生社团作为思想政治教育的有效补充,不仅丰富了课堂内容,而且为课堂教学的实施开辟了新路径。近年来,随着高校扩招,大学生社团的数量和类型都在不断增加,如何创新大学生社团建设和管理是当前高校思想政治教育工作者亟需解决的问题。

Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is related to what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate people and for whom to cultivate people,which is the core content of students' development.As an effective supplement to ideological and political education,college students' associations not only enrich the contents of the classroom,but also open up a new path for the implementation of classroom teaching.In recent years,with the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities,the number and types of college students' associations are increasing constantly.How to innovate the construction and management of college students' associations is an urgent problem to be solved by ideological and political educators in colleges and universities.
