三农问题自始至终是影响我国经济发展的关键,从其发展概况可知,三农建设多集中于经济治理,法治建设力度不足。随着乡村建设的不断推进,我国三农问题在发展过程中产生了法制意识薄弱、权益保障力度不足、判决执行效果不佳等弊端。对此,有必要进行完善。文章从国际法、国内法等法律角度探讨法治建设的必要性,立法完善必须提高农民法律意识、加强组织建设和农村环境治理等。

The issue of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" is always the key to China's economic development.From its general development situation,it can be seen that the construction of " agriculture,countryside and farmers" mostly focuses on economic governance,and the construction of the rule of law is insufficient.With the continuous progress of rural construction,the problems of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" in China have resulted in weak legal awareness,insufficient protection of rights and interests,and poor enforcement of judgments.In this regard,it is necessary to improve and discuss the necessity of the construction of the rule of law from the perspective of international law and domestic law,improve farmers' legal awareness,and strengthen organizational construction and rural environmental governance.
