国际化背景下大学生出国(境)交流现状调查及对策分析——以宁波工程学院为例

Investigation and Analysis of the Countermeasures on the Current Situation of College Students' Overseas Exchange under the International Background——Take Ningbo University of Technology as an Example

随着经济全球化的逐步发展,国际化人才也成为人才培养的必然方向。许多高校都将促进大学生出国(境)交流作为学校实施国际化战略的重要组成部分。文章以宁波工程学院为例,通过文献收集法、问卷调查法、访谈法、个案调查法,将调查对象分为两类,一类是未参加过交流项目的在校生,一类是已经参加过交流项目的在校生,旨在了解和分析宁波工程学院在校大学生的出国(境)交流现状和影响因素,并提出解决对策。

With the gradual development of economic globalization,international talents have become the inevitable direction of talent cultivation.Many colleges and universities regard the promotion of college students' overseas exchange as an important part of their internationalization strategy.This article takes Ningbo University of Technology as an example.Through literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and case investigation method,the respondents are divided into two kinds: one is the students who have not participated in exchange programs,the other is the students who have already participated in exchange programs.The aim is to understand and analyze the current situation and influence factors of overseas exchange among college students in Ningbo University of Technology and put forward countermeasures.
