20世纪30年代的三次实业考察活动,是新的历史条件下考察团对西北落后地区的一次深入考察,其开发建议的提出更是西北面向现代化建设的一次思想萌动,产生了巨大的积极效应。受时代坏境与时代主题的影响,考察活动虽存在诸多方面的不足,但仍要看到考察团在实际的考察过程中所展现出的先进理念对今天国家建设所具有的启迪意义。

The three industrial expeditions in the 1930s were an in-depth study of the backward areas in Northwest China by the delegation under the new historical conditions, and the proposal of its development was an ideological initiation of the modernization drive in Northwest China, which had a great positive effect. Influenced by the times and the theme of the times, although there are many shortcomings in the inspection activities, it is still necessary to see that the advanced concepts displayed by the delegation in the actual inspection process have certain enlightenment significance for today's national construction.
