摘要 为了提高NTSC国际时间比对的效率,保障UTC(NTSC)的日常监测,研究并设计了一套国际时间比对链路自动化计算及监测软件,通过多链路互检的方式,监测各链路运行状态,提高比对链路的可靠性。分别利用共视、卫星双向(TWSTFT)和精密单点定位(PPP)时间传递方法,分析获得全球主要实验室保持的UTC(k)与UTC(NTSC)之间的偏差,并在可视化界面上以钟差曲线的形式实时显示。在试运行过程中,自动化软件计算通过GNSS PPP计算得到的实验室间的钟差与BIPM一个月后公布的钟差结果之间的最大偏差小于0.5ns,通过卫星双向计算得到的实验室间的钟差与BIPM一个月后公布的钟差结果基本一致。结果表明:软件设计合理、执行高效,实现了相关的功能;可满足实验室对国际比对链路状态日常监测的基本需求。 In order to improve the efficiency of NTSC(the National Time Service Center)international time comparison and ensure the daily monitoring of UTC(NTSC),a set of automatic computing and monitoring software for international time comparison link has been studied and designed,which can monitor the status of international comparison link in real time and improve the reliability of the comparison link.By using the time transfer method of GNSS common view,two-way satellite time and frequency transfer(TWSTFT)and precise point positioning(PPP),time differences between the UTC(k)maintained by the global major laboratories and the UTC(NTSC)are obtained and displayed in real time.During experiment,the maximum deviation between the clock difference calculated by local GNSS PPP and the result reported by BIPM a month late is less than 0.5 ns,and the result is same as the BIPM result while using TWSTFT data.The results show that the software is reasonable and efficient,and the related functions are realized,it can meet the basic requirement of timekeeping laboratory for routine monitoring of international comparison link.
