从操作性、存贮性以及变更周期等方面对发泡注胶与传统夹胶板进行对比分析,总结了发泡注胶的优缺点;同时针对发泡注胶工艺,对设备提出建议,最后总结了车身注胶孔的设计要点。

The advantages and disadvantages of foaming adhesive were summarized through the comparison and analysis on the operability,storage and change cycle etc. of the foaming injection gel and the traditional binder plate. At the same time,for the foam injection process,the requirements for the equipment were proposed. Finally,the design points of the body injection hole were summarized.
