生态平衡视角下的中国非遗外宣翻译

Translation of China's Intangible Cultural Heritage for International Publicity from the Perspective of Ecological Balance

中国非遗是中华民族的智慧结晶与共同记忆,非遗外宣翻译有利于民族文化的传播与保护。以生态翻译学的"翻译即生态平衡"理念为指导,在实践中聚焦文本生态平衡、"翻译群落"生态平衡及翻译生态平衡:通过合理重构译语生态环境,维系和谐的"翻译群落"关系,营造良好的翻译外界环境,从而完善非遗外宣翻译。

China's intangible cultural heritage (ICH) reflects the collective wisdom and common memory of the Chinese nation. ICH translation for international publicity helps the spread and protection of national culture. Under the theoretical framework of "Translation as Eco-Balance",one of Eco-Translatology concepts,ICH translation should focus on the balance of textual ecologies,"translation community" ecologies and translational eco-environments. ICH translation for international publicity can be improved by reconstructing the target eco-environment in proper ways,keeping harmonious relationship among "translation community" and establishing favorable translational external environment.
