摘要 研究生教育的主要矛盾是人才培养结构、质量与社会的多元、多层次、优质需求不相适应,其根源在于研究生创新能力严重不足。可行的解决思路是:构建创新导向的"教、学、关系"三位一体的教学框架,重构教学主体、教学内容和教学考评机制,培养研究生的创新意识和创新思维;重构课程学习、文献阅读和科研创新的学习机制,培养研究生的创新习惯和创新能力;大班讲授、小班研讨和创客空间的教与学的融合,培养研究生的协同创新能力。由此,创新导向的教与学重构与融合将有利于缓解研究生教育的主要矛盾。 The main contradiction of postgraduate education is that the structure and quality of talent cultivation are not compatible with the diverse and high-level talent needs of society. The fundamental reason is that the innovative ability of graduate students is seriously inadeq uate. The feasible solutions are as follows: constructing a trinity teaching framework of "teaching,learning and relations" oriented by innovation,reconstructing teaching subject and content ,also the teaching evaluation mechanism,these methods will cultivate the innovative consciousness and thinking of graduate students;reconstructing the learning mechanism of curriculum learning,literature reading and scientific research innovation,and the innovative habits and innovative abilities of postgraduates will be improved;the integration of education and learning in large class teaching,small class discussion and creator space can improve the collaborative innovation ability of graduate students. Therefore,under the guidance of innovation,reconstructing and integrating education and learning will help alleviate the main contradictions of postgraduate education.
