摘要
随着"十三五"期间信息技术的飞速发展,高校图书馆用户需求也发生了很多变化,图书馆服务应以用户为中心,把握新时期用户的需求。本文通过对广州中医药大学图书馆用户满意度调研结果进行分析,确定提升用户满意度的举措有利用数据分析提高资源配置精准度,创新服务模式提升用户参与度,多层次多维度学科服务,助力"双一流"建设,加强师生文献信息素养以提高科研创新能力等,以此构建图书馆以用户需求为导向的个性化、多层次、精准化服务新模式。
With the rapid development of information technology during the "13th Five-year Plan" period, the needs of users of libraries of colleges and universities have also undergone many changes. Library services should be user-centered and grasp the needs of users in the new era. Through the user satisfaction survey of the library of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, a series of measures have been taken in this article, such as using data analysis to improve the accuracy of resource allocation, innovating service modes to enhance user participation, providing multi-dimensional subject services to develop "double first-class", and improving the literacy of teachers and students in literature and information, in order to design personalized, and multi-level, and precise service new model of user-oriented libraries.
