摘要
服务创新是推动医院图书馆发展的核心驱动力。本文首先阐述了创客空间的基本概念,通过分析现今医院图书馆的生存困境及发展创客空间的意义,提出以物理空间规划、知识共享服务、工作团队建设、利益相关者支持的改革措施,希望实现创新服务模式、融合知识交流,以发展医院图书馆的知识空间服务。
Service innovation has always been the core driving force to promote the development of hospital libraries. This article firstly expounded the basic concept of makerspace, and proposed the reform measures of physical space planning, knowledge sharing services, work team building, and stakeholder support by analyzing the survival dilemma of today's hospital libraries and the significance of developing makerspace, with the purpose to realize innovative service models and integrate knowledge exchange to develop knowledge space services for hospital libraries.
