直流充电桩绝缘电阻在线检测与电量计量系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对现有直流充电桩绝缘检测的需求,通过电阻分压采样、光电继电器控制回路,设计一种不平衡电桥绝缘电阻在线检测电路,同时在系统中加入电量计量与电源反接报警功能。运用本系统进行绝缘检测检测结果表明,在不同情况下的绝缘检测精度都控制在5%之内,系统可以满足在复杂环境下的检测的有效性。 In order to meet the needs of insulation detection for DC charging piles, an on-line detection circuit for insulation resistance of unbalanced bridge is designed by means of resistor voltage dividing sampling and photoelectric relay control circuit. At the same time, the functions of electric quantity measurement and power supply reverse connection alarm are added to the system. The results of insulation testing using this system show that the accuracy of insulation testing under different conditions is controlled within 5%. The system can meet the detection effectiveness in complex environment.
