摘要
背光源的光学均齐、辉度、及画面品味为客户关注的关键特性,较多光学问题是由于导光板与LED之间存在组装间隙导致。本文基于TRIZ思路和方法,通过导入导光板限位治具,消除组装间隙导致的光学不良;利用弹簧弹性,可有效降低材料尺寸公差和治具磨损带产生的成本。
The optical uniformity, brightness and picture taste of backlight are the key characteristics of customers’ attention. Many optical problems are due to the assembly gap between the light guide plate and LED. In this paper, based on the idea and method of TRIZ, the optical malaise caused by assembly gap can be eliminated by the introduction of light guide plate, and the size tolerance of material and the cost of harness wear belt can be effectively reduced by using spring elasticity.
